Travel Information: COVID-19 Update

We continue to closely follow the guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and World Health Organization in regard to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Additionally, we will follow any state or local mandates that are ordered. The safety and health of our guests and our employees is a top priority.

Here are the latest updates from Highland Lake Inn & Resort

RESORT CLOSURES
As our lodging facilities are spread out and diverse, and our 26 acre property is expansive and spacious, we remain a beautiful and safe place to get away. We are currently accepting reservations and remain open except for the following days:

Monday, April 13th – Sunday, April 19th

Please check back periodically as additional closures are possible.

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST
Due to the limited capabilities of our restaurant operations caused by COVID- 19, we are unable to provide our complimentary breakfast buffet at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will be reducing our lodging rates to reflect this change. There are carry-out breakfast opportunities available in the community. We expect to resume our complimentary breakfast service on future reservations as soon as possible. We will keep you informed on this page.

SEASON’S RESTAURANT
The dining room of our on-site restaurant is closed. A complete takeout menu is available Wednesday-Sunday, 12PM - 6PM.

OUR COMMITMENT TO HEALTH SAFETY
Highland Lake Inn & Resort has always maintained a high standard of cleanliness. In addition to our existing procedures, we are adding further measures to ensure health safety and provide peace of mind. This includes a thorough list of additional sanitization practices for rooms, public areas and staff as well as a policy of social separation that keeps our staff separated from each other, and from our guests, per current guidelines of the CDC. Due to the spacious nature of our property, there are plenty of open spaces that allow guests to maintain safe distances from other guests.

PEOPLE MATTER MOST
Our priority in every decision we make boils down to the safety and wellbeing our guests and staff. We intend to safely conduct business as much as we can. We have a tremendous team that relies on us. We are committed to doing whatever we can to provide financial stability including paying a living wage, honoring paid sick and vacation time and continuing to provide health insurance and other benefits for as long as we possibly can.
