Maintenance Technician:
Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of buildings and grounds repairs and maintenance
  • Keep equipment and machinery in good repair
  • Responsible for tools and equipment
  • CPO Certification a bonus, but not required
  • Assist with group event set-ups as needed; assist other departments as needed
  • Perform custodial duties as needed
  • Update work order system
  • Routine HVAC filter changes
  • Maintain company defined energy conservation plan
  • Assist with security of property
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Plumbing - basic skills
  • Electrical - minor electrical repairs
  • Painting & Staining
  • Carpentry
  • General Maintenance
  • Computer - Email using Outlook, basic keyboarding, ability to enter work orders using hospitality software
  • Ability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs. and be able to stand, stoop, crouch for extended periods of time
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary:  $14.00 / hour

Kitchen Staff - Season's:
Cooks, Dishwashers, Banquet Servers, Dinner Server, part time and full time

Executive Sous Chef - Season's:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fine dining experience
  • 2 yrs. minimum management experience in upscale restaurant, hotel or resort
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to work weekends, holidays and as needed
  • Banquet experience
  • Able to lift 30 lbs occasionally
  • Culinary Degree preferred
