Where Historic Charm meets Contemporary Cuisine
Season’s at Highland Lake has been honored for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2023 Restaurant Awards. This distinct honor recognizes restaurants all over the globe as a top destination for wine lovers and enthusiasts. While several Downtown Asheville restaurants were recognized, Season’s is the only Henderson County restaurant to earn this prestigious award.
“While maintaining a diverse wine list is more challenging than ever, it continues to be a top priority for us” says Peter Fassbender, General Manager at Season’s. “Pairing our contemporary cuisine with various wines from around the world is something that really elevates the culinary experience. It often guides the creative process in the kitchen and is something our guests have come to love and expect. The Wine Spectator Award of Excellence recognizes restaurants whose wine list features a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.
