Learn the basics of homemade Italian cuisine and pasta. In this demonstration cooking class, Chef Fassbender will show you how to prepare an Italian-inspired feast featuring 2 popular dishes from this beloved cuisine. You will learn the ins and outs of Italian food basics, including making fresh pasta and making a traditional Italian custard dessert. We encourage the consumption of Italian wine during the demonstration.
